If you do not agree to the Policy, please do not use the Website or Software.

THE PROVIDER reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify or remove portions of this Policy at any time. This Policy is in addition to the Terms of Use of the Website.

THE PROVIDER requires certain personal information including your name and email in order to sell you a copy of Software.. Our partners and advertisers may use your personal information to contact you with further offers of goods or services if you have agreed to same when you setup RecallPlus on your computer. THE PROVIDER will not disseminate any Information about you for any purpose other than promoting its business and services to you unless:

THE PROVIDER may retain the content of any email that you send to us. Any email you send to use may be quoted anonymously at the discussion board at our discretion if it is felt to be relevant to the group as a whole. Any personally identifying information contained within those emails, including your email address, will only be used or disclosed in the ways set out in this Policy. Your email message content may be monitored by our Internet Service Provider or THE PROVIDER for maintenance purposes or if email abuse is suspected.

THE PROVIDER will keep secure and accurate records of your personal information which you may access on making a written request to support@recallplus.com.

THE PROVIDER will attempt to remove your personal information from its records on your written request which may be forwarded to support@recallplus.com. Although it is not always possible to remove or modify information in the databases, THE PROVIDER will make reasonable efforts to do so. If you've given THE PROVIDER information for third parties (as we mentioned above) and THE PROVIDER has already passed it on, THE PROVIDER cannot delete or change the information.
